"Designs by Olga" arose 25 years ago in Russia, when Olga began creating ballroom and Latin dresses for herself. Later, her mother, Mariya, joined the family business. Millions in the USA have seen Olga on PBS television dancing in gowns of her own design. As a ballroom dance champion, national and international judge, and coach, she is constantly aware of the changing styles and presentation required for the cutting edge in dance fashion.
