Konstantin Yakunin has been in the dance world as a working professional for over 25 years. He is a former competitive Ballroom and Latin dancer who has been competing all over Russia. Konstantin was regional 10 Dance Champion from 1987 to 1993 in Russia. He became National Champion of the USSR in 1984. Konstantin has received many honor certificates and awards from the Russian Federation Professional Union of Ballroom Dance. He was the general choreographer for the DanceSport formation team Galatca Edelweiss, who were the champions of the Russian National Formation Team Championship in 2000. Konstantin has been teaching Ballroom Dance at Oly's! Dance Studio in Everett, Washington since 04/2009.
